Today was a day for the books. I got an opportunity to chat with Mike Monteiro about the design biz, getting older and our role as leaders to the next generation.

It wasn't some kind of podcast or interview, it was selfishly for me and I appreciated his ear and the back and forth. His insight was welcoming and classic Mike. I enjoyed the time immensely.
